Our partnership with Wrexham University is gathering momentum and yesterday afternoon we attended their "Enterprise & Innovation for Business Growth Event".
Here we learnt about this year's opportunities for businesses to collaborate with Wrexham University and how they have supported dozens of startups in the last few years. Before and after the talks, we enjoyed networking with several different businesses in the local area, in sectors ranging from mixed-reality medical manikins to food allergy diagnostics labs.
While we were out and about, we of course had to drop into The Turf, as Digi the Dragon had not been there before 😜. A pop up of the pub has famously travelled all the way to Australia last year in support of Wrexham AFC and will likely do the same for the pre-season tour this year.
