Greetings,

Time is the most valuable thing in life so thanks for spending some of yours here!

One of the first questions people ask me is why did I create Adigileap Ltd? The answer is very simple really.

I've been a student, a scientist, a software engineer, a system admin, a solution architect, a business analyst, a project and program manager, a leader of Americas services delivery and a Director of European Services and Regional Services.

In addition to ageing and losing my hair, one thing I've learned is that the critical element of success in each of these roles has been the people involved. They could be colleagues, clients or friends.

Experience, skillset and performance are one thing but these are second to the EQ of the people you work with. Their desire to help, their understanding, transparency, trust and compassion are the key to success and happiness.

So, I've started Adigileap to build a team of ambitious people who have these qualities plus a drive to posivitvely impact the lives of Scientists via digital lab transformation.

All the best,
